There is power in dialogue to build understanding, create unity, and move us forward. I also know that effective communication can be difficult. I work with people to address barriers that stand in the way of constructive communication. I create space for conversations about and across differences that will strengthen relationships and create meaningful solutions.

I facilitate conversations between people (or groups of people) who find themselves in conflict and want to reach a better place. Supportive dialogue has the power to build understanding and shift relationships that feel complicated or challenging.
Workplace & Organizational Mediation
I love being part of the process of building strong teams, workplaces, and organizations. I offer mediation services to leadership teams, boards, and staff to have supportive conversations that will help them move through difficult issues and establish a unified, focussed team.
Restorative Practice and Circle Process
I believe deeply in the transformative potential of restorative practices and Circle Process. I facilitate these processes for individuals and groups looking to connect, communicate effectively with one another, and create meaningful change.
Consulting Services
I have extensive experience as an Executive Director and as a director on non-profit boards. I offer consulting services to leadership teams on a range of issues including organizational structure, strategic planning, policy development, and governance.
KATRINA PACEY
I am a Vancouver-based mediator and lawyer specializing in mediation, conflict coaching, restorative practices, and Circle Process for individuals, workplaces, organizations, and social movements. I was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2005 and am a member of the Law Society of BC.
